Elkhorn Coral being wiped out by white pox

Elkhorn corals provide the foundation for most corals in the Caribbean sea. It's large curve branches provides food and shelter for a lot of the marine species in the reefs. At one time, the Elkhorn was the most common coral in the Caribbean, but now it's dying. White pox, a form of bacteria, is killing the Elkhorn at a alarming rate. Scientist believe that sewage is somehow being dumped into the sea and causing the outbreak in white pox.
